We roast in small batches and ship only freshly roasted coffee. Your order is packed shortly after roasting to ensure maximum aroma, flavor, and freshness when it reaches you.

By default, our coffee is shipped as whole bean to preserve freshness. Grinding releases aroma quickly, so we recommend grinding just before brewing for the best cup.

Our coffees are ethically sourced from renowned farms, including premium estates in Panama, and selected for exceptional quality, traceability, and flavor.

If there’s any issue with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund no hassle.
